1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days .

You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

 

2. Shipping Time

Delivery usually takes 2–8 business days depending on your location.

Remote or rural areas may take a little longer.

During holidays or special sale events, shipping times may vary.

 

3. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499/-

A small delivery charge of ₹99/-on COD & ₹79/-on PREPAID may apply to low-value orders below ₹499.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

You can track your parcel anytime until it reaches you.

 

5. Replacement Policy

We offer a 2-day replacement policy from the date of delivery.

Replacement is applicable only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products received.

To be eligible for replacement, the product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

To request a replacement, contact us at veenafragrances@gmail.com/ +919310486865 within 2 days of delivery with an unboxing video or photo proof of the issue.

Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup and send a replacement as soon as possible.

 

6. Address & Delivery Issues

Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are correct.

We are not responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
